2 x Tour Guides / 1 x Tour Guide Supervisor
The Lac La Biche Mission is a National Historic Site and a Provincial Resource, founded in 1853 by Oblate missionary priests. The site includes several restored historical buildings and numerous displays.
All applicants must be responsible, enthusiastic and willing to interact with the public. We require some bilingual applicants as we offer our services in both English and French.
35 hours per week, from mid-May to the end of August. Must be available weekends and holidays. Salary is $18/hour for Tour Guides and $19.50/hour for the Tour Guide Supervisor position. Training will be provided. Please note there is no public transport to the work site, applicants must have their own transportation.
Duties:
-Gift shop and admission sales
-Provide guided tours
-Prepare and lead activities
-Serve ice cream and coffee
-Site beautification (gardening, painting, cleaning)
